Clémence Marolla is an associate in the IP/IT team of the Paris office. She primarily focuses on the information technologies sector, and in particular on issues regarding personal data protection, IT law, e-business law and consumer law.
She advises and assists French and international clients, ranging from startups to global groups, on intellectual property, IT contracts, outsourcing, cloud computing, international personal data transfers, online business, unfair competition, cybercrime, data breach, advertising, gambling and gaming.
Before joining K&L Gates, Clémence Marolla worked in the IT law department of several renowned Parisian and international law firms, assisting companies operating in the industries of online gaming, information technology, luxury, wholesale distribution and online travel.
She was also a trainee for the Data Protection Officer of a large French bank, as well as in the procurement department of a credit institution of an international group.
