Ms. Danos is an intellectual property lawyer focusing on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights for clients including trade marks, copyright and designs.
She has a broad range of litigation experience representing clients in intellectual property disputes, including in proceedings concerning trade mark, design and copyright infringement, as well as misuse of confidential information, parallel importation, anti-counterfeiting, passing off and trade practices issues. She is also experienced in prosecuting and defending trade mark opposition proceedings before IP Australia and the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand.
Ms. Danos manages large scale intellectual property portfolios for Australian and international brands and acts for a range of clients in the automotive, fashion, cosmetic, manufacturing, food and beverage and agricultural industries. She assists clients in enhancing their intellectual property portfolios by providing strategic advice on the registrability and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Australia and overseas.
Ms. Danos is currently completing her Masters of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.
