He also acts for corporate occupiers and charities - often from overseas - in relation to their real estate needs in the UK.

Commercial real estate investment
  • Acting for Henderson Global Investors in their joint venture acquisition of the Leadenhall Triangle development site in the City of London in 2011 for £188m; 
  • Acting for Aberdeen Asset Management on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and management of assets within the ReAssure real estate portfolio; 
  • Acting for Henderson Central London Office Fund on the following transactions: acquisitions of 133 Houndsditch (£110m), the Cutlers Houndsditch estate (£35m) and 10-18 Regent's Wharf (£25m); sales of 27 Knightsbridge (£100m); 21 Tudor Street (£73m); and 38 Finsbury Square (£39m).

Public and residential real estate investment
  • Acting in 2012, for Long Harbour Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Limited on a £78m structuring and financing to provide 477 new homes to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham; 
  • Acting for Braintree Borough Council in relation to the sale for development of a large town centre site.

Corporate occupier work
  • Acting for Young & Co.'s Brewery P.L.C. in the sale of the Ram Brewery, Wandsworth, London; 
  • Acting for a major U.S. charity in its acquisition of its new London headquarters.
