Christian Horn focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He has wide experience in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations across diverse industries. His areas of expertise encompass stock corporation, company and capital markets law. He advises in particular on transactions involving companies in regulated industries, including the renewable energies and cleantech sector.

Professional Background

Christian Horn joined K&L Gates in 2011 from a leading German law firm. In 2009/2010, he was seconded to the in-house project finance team of an international solar company. He is admitted as German Rechtsanwalt and as attorney-at-law in the state of New York.
