Ms Marsh advises a broad range of clients including property developers, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants in relation to their property transactions. She has experience in sales and acquisitions of residential developments and commercial, industrial and rural properties, as well as property development and commercial and retail leasing.

Ms Marsh also acts for corporate advisory clients and lending institutions in relation to insolvency related property transactions. She also has experience advising clients in respect to planning and environment matters. 
 

  • Advising clients on the sale and acquisition of commercial, retail, office, industrial, rural and residential properties.
  • Drafting and advising on contracts of sale, including off-the-plan apartment and land sales.
  • Preparing real property dealings including plan of subdivision applications, memorandums of common provisions, leases, caveats and restrictive covenants.
  • Advising clients on planning and environment matters, including land use and development, subdivisions and existing use rights.
  • Advising clients on commercial and retail leasing transactions, including negotiating and drafting agreements for lease and leases, preparing disclosure statements, advising on leasing disputes, issuing notices to tenants in default, and preparing deed of renewals and variation of leases.
  • Carrying out property-related due diligence for vendors and purchasers.
  • Acting for telecommunications facility owners in planning matters for telecommunications facilities, including planning appeals in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
  • Acting for local governments and private operators in relation to the sale and acquisition of land and the divestment of residential aged care facilities.
  • Advising clients in relation to the sale and acquisition of primary production land and associated water entitlements, including water shares, take and use licenses (groundwater and surfacewater licenses) and licenses to operate works, as well as the trade of water allocations.
  • Advising clients on adverse possession claims.
