Mr. Betz advises clients in commercial real estate matters, including the financing, acquisition, development, management, and disposition of hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, condominium projects, and master planned communities.

Mr. Betz’s practice also focuses on representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations for office, retail, medical, and industrial properties.

Mr. Betz is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, he has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Betz was a consultant in the Financial Services Group of Accenture in Chicago. He also taught at a high school for at-risk students.
