Brigid Landy is an associate in the firm’s Harrisburg office. She focuses her practice on energy, environmental, and natural resource matters. Ms. Landy has represented clients in environmental litigation matters before the Environmental Hearing Board and regularly provides counsel related to evolving regulations of concern to clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and utility sectors. Her practice also expands into other areas of administrative law, including representation of clients before Pennsylvania’s Department of Health and Department of State.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Landy served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

During law school, she served as an intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and a clerk in the chambers of U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge Timothy R. Rice. Prior to law school Ms. Landy spent a semester working in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. She also worked as an intern in the Philadelphia Defender’s Association’s Juvenile Unit.
