Blaise Niosi is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice encompasses complex commercial disputes such as business tort and breach of contract claims, as well as white collar criminal defense matters.
Ms. Niosi has particular experience in pre-trial mechanics. She routinely appears in New York state court, has briefed evidentiary motions in limine, and first-chaired the deposition of a party witness.
Ms. Niosi is also actively involved in pro bono matters. She currently represents a minor before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and a former Rikers Island incarcerated person in depositions for a civil rights violation claim in federal district court.
While attending law school, Ms. Niosi was an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review. She was also a legal extern in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and for the Southern District of New York.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Niosi was a fine art advisor. As a student, she co-founded the Fordham Art Law Society.
