Mr. Kendall focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law related to mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, securities matters, and general corporate matters. He works with clients that operate in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, financial services, and entertainment, and that range in size from family owned concerns to multinational corporations.


Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kendall was a law clerk for two Pittsburgh law firms, and he was a legal intern for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Kendall was a summer associate for the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2014.
