Mr. Russell's practice has concentrated primarily on litigation in the corporate, securities, bankruptcy, finance and commercial areas, including matters involving complex insolvency issues, officer and director liability, corporate fraud, professional liability, mergers and acquisitions and other business matters. Such matters involve litigation before federal, bankruptcy, state and private tribunals.  Mr. Russell has also participated in various investigations relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
