Andreas Füchsel is a partner in the firm's Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate & Transactional practice group. He focuses on private equity/M&A, joint ventures, complex restructurings, and special situation advisory. He has advised on numerous cross-border transactions, and assists renowned financial investors and international companies in the acquisition and sale of enterprises in Germany.

Andreas Füchsel is frequently recommended by JUVE Handbuch 2012/13–2016/17, a leading German legal directory. A competitor calls him an “ascender in Frankfurt” (JUVE 2015/16).

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates in July 2011, Andreas practiced as a lawyer at a national as well as a renowned international law firm in Frankfurt for ten years. In 2005, he worked on a nine-month client secondment at the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, Frankfurt.
