Ms. Williams is a partner in the Charlotte office and focuses her practice on financial services litigation and bankruptcy. She has twenty years experience representing lenders and other creditors in complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions and related matters. Ms. Williams represents consumer lenders in connection with False Claims Act actions, internal investigations and government investigations. She has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, receivership and foreclosure actions.
