Ms. Chinnappa is a corporate and transactional lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. She has experience assisting on acquisitions and disposals, contract preparation and negotiation, asset sales, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general commercial work.

Ms. Chinnappa joined K&L Gates as a graduate in 2013 and has completed rotations in the Real Estate and Banking & Asset Finance teams.

Prior to K&L Gates, Ms. Chinnappa was employed by a major Australian bank for five years and gained exposure to asset fund management and associated financial products.
