Alexandre Euverte is an associate within the Paris office IP/IT/Privacy team. He assists clients in litigation and transactional matters pertaining to information technology and intellectual property, notably for industries such as transportation, banking, luxury, energy, media and telecommunication, online services and health sector.

He advises French and international clients on issues relating to:

  • implementation of compliance with the General Personal Data Regulation (audits, risk analysis, contractual implementation), notably in the field of big data, targeted and behavioral advertisement, data management platforms, connected devices, whistleblowing schemes
  • digitalization, e-commerce and blockchain-based project implementation, cybercrime, online betting and gaming, online payment and Fintech
  • enforcement of intellectual property rights (authors rights, trademarks, designs & models), trademark infringement, unfair competition and media law
  • draft and negotiation of commercial and IT contracts (licensing, outsourcing, SaaS, integration, cloud) and technology transfers

He is also practicing in legal areas of consumer protection, communication, advertisement, telecommunication, civil liability and public tender law.


Professional Background

Alexandre Euverte was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016. Prior to joining K&L Gates, he worked at a leading information technology law firm, as well as in the legal departments of French and global IT solution companies, notably Capgemini and Alstom.
