Paul Fuener is counsel and a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice. Prior to joining the firm, Paul was a partner at a global law firm. Through this role, he represented corporate policyholders pursuing insurance coverage for the defense of legacy liabilities, including asbestos and other toxic torts, and environmental damage. In addition, he advised policyholders regarding insurance policy negotiation, claims, and disputes. Paul also has served as a partner in the Complex Commercial Disputes practice of the firm, where he represented policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and counseled clients on complex risk management issues.
