K&L Gates Partners Douglas Greenswag and Patrick McElhinny Named Litigators of the Week for US$750 Million Settlement in Patent Dispute

In a closely watched, high-stakes litigation case in the technology sector, K&L Gates spearheaded a patent infringement case resulting in a $US750 million settlement on behalf of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Litigators Douglas Greenswag and Patrick McElhinny were named Litigators of the Week by The AmLaw Litigation Daily for their leading roles.
