K&L Gates Advises Vox Royalty Corp. on Cross-border Underwritten Public Offering of Common Shares
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP recently advised Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ and TSX:VOXR) as US counsel on the company’s first cross-border underwritten public offering of common shares. Vox intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for future acquisitions of royalties and/or general working capital purposes.
Led by Dallas partner Robert Wolin, New York partner Robert Matlin, and Nashville partner David Bartz, the K&L Gates deal team also included New York associate Zidong Liu and Nashville associate Lauren Brown. New York partner Jay Buchman provided tax advice.
