K&L Gates Advises Flywheel Partners on Freshcut Foods Investment
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP recently assisted Flywheel Partners on its investment in Freshcut Foods, the UK’s leading producer of high-added value plant-based ingredients.
London partners Daniel Greenaway and James Cross led the team that advised Flywheel on the transaction, assisted by associates Andrew Poole, Laura Price, Vijesh Parmar, and Enis Hallacoglu, and trainee solicitor Courtney Hunter. London partner Mike Anderson led on the debt arrangements for the transaction.
