Dr. Daniel Flore

Dr. Daniel Flore is a partner in the firm's Frankfurt office and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. He has many years of experience in the field of litigation and arbitration. 

His activities include complex litigation before German courts as well as arbitration tribunals, as well as pre-litigation advice on procedural and enforcement law issues. Daniel also has many years of experience before the European Court of Justice and the European Court of First Instance and is accredited as a lawyer there.

His substantive focus is on litigation in the area of financial services as well as in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He also has extensive experience in the automotive and real estate sectors, as well as in post-M&A proceedings, regulatory investigations and international proceedings under the Hague Convention. 

Daniel's proceedings often have cross-border elements, which are handled in cooperation with colleagues in the firm's foreign offices. Daniel s skilled at considering the commercial aspects of a case in addition to the purely legal issues in order to find workable and cost-effective solutions.

Daniel joined K&L Gates in September 2023. Previously, he was a partner in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm, where he also focused on complex litigation before German and European courts and arbitration tribunals.
